Help：MBA in energy industry

I have a background in naval architect and currently working as marine consultant for nearly 4 years. I want to pursue MBA and was wondering which has better career prospects- MBA in Energy Managment or MBA in consulting. I am open for changing my career field.
Besides, my GPA in bachelor is below 3.0. I have no competition on applying for the top20 business school.So, I want to know the 'top business school'in erergy industry. Who can tell me?

In addition, I want to take my MBA in Europe for it will cost one year.

OMG。 it is only top30 business school. Why its requirment are so high? I

know its accountant is the best one in US. So the requirement is for it??
