McMaster is a very well-known engineering university in Canada,

but not so famous for its MBA program.

Hamilton is less than an hour of drive from Toronto, so it has some geographic advantage. If you network hard with companies in GTA, it is still possible to get a decent job.

The challenges for Chinese students are 1. language, 2. Canadian work experience (not to mention lack of full-time experience since you are are applying for co-op).

Together with McMaster's less competitive brand (compared to Canadian big names like Ivey, Rotman, Schulich, Queens, McGill...), you may find it hard to get a typical MBA job.
