我让老板写推荐信的时候，他们看都不让我看。只是让我发了个自我介绍（我的推荐人一个是美国人，一个是印度人）供他们参考。
只是有一点很重要，如果你有了essays, send the summery to them to explain what you want them to write in the recommendations (strengths, weakness etc.), so the recommendation will strengthen your essays.
