I just graduated from MSc Financial Analysis from HKUST. So, hope I can

answer your question regarding UST part:
1. In my year, around 10 in around 100 student of my class. (MSc Financial Analysis

is a part-time course in UST, no full-time)
2. MSc Financial Analysis requires at least 15 months, at most 5 years to complete,

part-time basis, classes are either weekday nite or weekend morning / afternoon
3. GMAT over 550 you are safe. I was waived for iBT
4. UST MSc around HKD150,000
5. Yes, MSc no such scheme.
