根据我以前的客户和朋友的情况来看，我个人认为，第一轮和第二轮差别不大。不过12月15日以后的轮次录取概率明显下降。
不要太急（特别要考虑准备面试，现在面试越来越重要），要不浪费申请费和写 ESSAY的时间。

It is a hard question. I don't have a large and reliable database. My clients and friends are admitted into these schools both in first and second round, but seldom after the first two.
