Well first of all your work experience might be stronger than you think! I've seen people who have worked as teachers do well. You just have to have goals and a vision that makes sense also in terms of what you have done in the past (so maybe shift your goals towards Education, or educational consulting, so that you can make use of your experience) And with a super GMAT and strong grades you probably have more chances than you think also. I think that Top schools could be in range for you. H/S/W might be stretches, but the other schools should be within your reach. Given your profile and background I would think about Yale, NYU, Columbia, Haas, Sloan, Ross, Kellogg, and Anderson to start with. Good luck my friend
