when可以用，E是个挺迷惑的选项,主要有两个原因不对:
首先,now的位置不合适。OG里说了,now is an adverb and should be placed just after the verb are.
此外, temperate area表温度适度的地区。最好连起来用，比说成：areas that are temperate要简洁、明了。
       即：能说delicious cake ，就不要说成cake that is delicious，后者显得很wordy
