Yes my friend, it will be possible.  Tricky, difficult, but

possible.  Right around rankings of 30 or so, you will be

competitive.  Not top 20, but 30 will do it.  Your GMAT is fine by

the way—it is the TOEFL that we are worried about.  Many schools

have requirements for the TOEFL—Booth is 104 for example.  I would

retake the TOEFL, and leave the GMAT alone for now.  Focus on

applying to schools ranked 20-30, and you can make it happen this
