b) N=250

固定小数是什么概念?
19. In 1989, the persons who have a computer at home is 40% of the total population. In 1990, the % of those who has computer at home increased by 30% as compared to 1989. The population increase by 4%. What is the % of people who has computers in 1990?

1）是固定位数的小数，意思就是是否确定可以除尽。任何1个数除以250都不会出现循环小数或无限不循环小数。但160除以其他数的结果不能确定。所以选B

2）它是问90年的百分比为多少，40%*1.3=52%不就出来了吗？不要被题目搞糊涂了。

似乎也有道理，考试时要看细点，究竟是人数增长了30%，还是比例增长了30%，如是前者，50%，后者，52%。
