In Malsenta sales of classical records are soaring. The buyers responsible for this boom are quite new to classical music and were drawn to it either by classical scores from television commercials or by theme tunes introducing  major sports events on television.Audiences at classical concerts, however, are continually shrinking in Malsenia. It can be concluded from this that the new Malsenian. It can be concluded from this that the new Malsenian converts to classical music, having initially experienced this music as recorded music, are most comfortable with classical music as recorded music and really have no desire to hear live performances.
The argument assumes which one of the following?
(b) At least some of the new Malsenian buyers of classical records have available to them the option of attending classical concerts.
(c)The number of classical concerts performed in Malsnia has not decreased in response to smaller audiences.
the answer is c, and i agree c is right , but why b is the alternative answer

9 Brain scans of people exposed to certain neurotoxins reveal  brain damage identical to that found in people suffering from Parkinson' disease. This fact shows not ony that these neurotoxins cause this type of brain damage, but also that the brain damage itself causes Parkinson's disease. Thus brain scans can be used to determine who is likely to develop Parkinson's disease.
The argument contains which one of the folowing reasoning errors?
(b) It overstimates the importance of early diagnosis in determining appropriate treatments for peopl suffering from Parkinson"s disease.
(c)It mistakes a correlation between the type of brain damage described and Parkinson's disease for a causal relation between the two.

the answer is b , why? i think c is more reaonable, need explain in details urgently of both
thx!
thx a lot!

“ the importance of early diagnosis in determining appropriate treatments for peopl suffering from Parkinson"s disease “, 再想想......, 比较一下题目是怎么说的, 说了什么?

Hi, girl, for the first question, if you think A could support the conclusion, please present your rationale. Frankly, i have no idea for what you are talking about.

For the second, i really suggest you, not I, to read this articlel thoroughly again. Cannot you find the conclusion? Could you tell me what is the meaning of the last sentence?

I am waiting your answer.

                      2  A B 有关系

Cz most buyers then choose recorded music instead of going to live performance
having initially experienced this music as recorded music, are most comfortable with classical music as recorded music and really have no desire to hear live performances.that, which means that have the option of going to live performance but they'd rather buy CDs
so at least they hv the option of oging to concert

I suggest the American to digest my explanation clearly. Simply from choice B, you get two facts: 1, people have ever thought about attending live performance. 2, people bought record music. However, you cannot simply conclude that those people did not attend the live performance while buying record music. Both the article and answer choice dont show you that fact. Therefore, on the strenght of "stupid principle" which means to accept barely what appears in article, we cannot find that choice B can reasonablly function a supportive role to the conclusion.

By the way, dont worship American's logic judgement. In terms of logic reasoning, they are not superior than us since language is language, thinking is thinking. They are not readily interchangable to each other.
