7、小于1000的偶数中，是11的倍数或19的倍数或是二者的倍数的个数？(71)

anybody can help list the steps to solve this question?
I tried the following solution, but it seems not same with the above answer.

1000/22 ~= 45
1000/38 ~= 26
11x19x2=418
1000/418 ~= 2
so my answer is 45+26-2=69
