1.also 的用法？？　一个句子：A do....., also,,,,,,, 这种句型also前面需要加and连接吗？？

2. The use of gravity wave, which do not interact with matter in the way electromagnetic waves do,hopefully will enable astronomers to study the actual formation of black holes and neutron stars.

B.in the way electromagnetic waves do , will it is hoped, enable

C.like electromagnetic waves, hopefully will enable

D.like electromagnetic waves, would enable, hopefully

E.such as eletromagnetic waves do ,will , it is hoped, enable

the answer is B, why not A??

isnlt A more concise? I think B is awkward.

关于第一个问题，我觉得also是副词，and是连词， and also没什么问题，但是表达累赘，能省就省
第二个hopefully的意思是1，怀有希望的2，如果顺利的话不复合句子要表达的意思
it is hoped好像是will的同位语，还要请nn回答
