1 also 作为主句,不能作为从句
2 shorten 是实意的缩短,而lessen 是抽象的
3 从意思上考虑，如果C 正确，不会有两个 minimun （最小）存在

如果不用shorten,用什么呢？requirement 一般是不能用shorten，但是习惯表达就是the advance-purchase requirement ，这是专有的名词，实际上等于时间，所以就可以用了。
