对不起，我没有把话讲清楚。

我现在的状况是：有两个学校通知我，我被放在他们奖学金发放的waiting list上，final decision会在肆月底给出。

同时，有一种说法，及早下定金会使学校相信我去他们那儿的诚意，进而发放奖学金。

我想问：

1。该说法是否成立。

如果成立：

1。我可不可以向不同的学校要I－20
2。由于现在I－20 已经需要学校录入领事馆ISEAS系统，拥有多张I－20的信息领事馆会不会知道，进而影响签证？

1. Regarding financial aid decision, you can ask the admission director directly,but usually it is not related to your seat securing deposit.
2. you can get I-20 from different schools, but why should you do that? If I were you, I would get only one and give the opportunities to others.
