1、在第21天支出的300元
2、从第25天开始，平均每天的帐目上的钱是540元

I think it means:"前25天，平均的账面余额是540美元"

then, if x represents the number of dates that the balance is $600, we can establish an equation to determin the value of x. In this way, condition 2 alone is sufficient.
