第一道题我不知道rounded to the nearest是什么意思，还有第一道题的答案是选D。我不明白为什么是走得越少用的油越多，而走得越多反而用的油越少呢？

第二道题我的算法是207 * (1-15%)/15
，得出来的答案是A。但是题目给的正确答案是B。请大家给我讲讲，谢谢！
