109, Employees should not have full access to their own personnerl files. If ,for exmaple, employees were allowed to see certain confidential materials, th people supplying tha information would not likely ot express their opinion candidly.
My stance is employee should have full access to personnel files
1) pesonnerl files can be used as an effective incentive to motive employee to improve their performance.
