答案:C,我怎么觉得这几个选项都可以啊?谢谢!

首先， A，B，E 中的 they 无指代对象。排除A，B，E

其次， D 中 which 一般不做限定性修饰

而且这句话的理解变成了：这个community (拥有) 了49% 的 household incomes below the poverty level. 这种理解是不准确的

C 选项的表达最为准确：这个community 的49% 的 household incomes are below the poverty level.

LZM 书上第6页：

（5）对不作为介词宾语的事物做限定性修饰，只用that而不用which, 而which 仅用于引导对介宾进行修饰的限定性从句和引导非限定性从句。

（据我观察，以上的GMAT公理并不绝对的。我也见过用which 引导限定性从句的例子，但为数很少。）但在GMAT考试中，我们可以从这一点着手，去排除选项。

将D选代入题干：可理解为：
........... a community has 49 percent of the household incomes are below the poverty level.

这句话的翻译是：这个community (拥有) 了49% 的 household incomes below the poverty level.

这个意思易引起歧意，不如C选项清楚明确。
