答案为e，但have a impact to sth.不符合习惯用法啊？为什么c不对？

seriously impact 和原文中的 a serious impact不一样，转义

c最大的错误是逻辑上的（gmat语法中最严重的错误）possibility不能impede只能diminish

我回去check了一下题目，e用的是have impact on，答案没有问题。
