Hi,
From my experience, the critiria are as follows:
1. hardware(30%)_G,T and GPA
yours are capable for any top MBA program.
2.Essay,resume and rec letters (40%)
since your work experience is not so strong, that might be your weakness. you've got to dig out some shining points.
3.interview, campus visit (30%)
since the admission process is conducted by human being,the first impression is really critical.
PS. I suppose you've got to take time to do reseach about the school (envirnoment,location, concentration,etc) so you can find the school most fit you.
