各位大牛，有没有电话面试的套话模版？譬如说“怎样称呼”“很高兴认识你啊”“谢谢你的面试”之类的套话。可不可以大家一块弄出个象essay那样的模版来。

[A]:Regarding your phone no., whether the current situation will cause negative result depends on their current expectation from you.
:If they well understand it's a 2-week, 1-month or so, that's fine.
:If not, just call them, give them your phone number and request for a date which is appropriate for you.
:Find whatever reason for your proposed delay as long as it's well justified.
:They'll understand you have much more things to do than a mere MBA application.

这是关于找工作的，但是MBA的面试的许多问题很相似。这里有可能问你的问题和你问对方的问题。把自己的简历和Essays多读几遍，对方主要根据他们问你，尤其是你的简历。

直接和Georgetwon说你打算哪天面试，不必做任何解释。

At the beginning if you cannot hear clearly about the words from Prof.,you can tell him/her "

lease speak loudly for my phoneline is not clear"(maybe the sentence is not correct, butit is the similar meaning),then he/she maybe speak loudly and slowly. At the end you can say"Thank you for calling!".

　　场景二　　

　　看到总有人问interview的问题，为了大家方便，我就在这里总结一下我面试的情况吧。我的专业是CS。

　　注意事项：

　　1、刚接电话的时候，千万别发傻。他说may i speak to xxx?的时候，你可以回答，year, it's me. you must be prof xxx。然后一定要问他how are you?这样会给对方一个比较的第一印象。

　　2、最后的时候，一定要thanks for calling。而且打完电话之后，还要跟上一封email。

　　RA的主要问题：

　　1、一般会了解一下你的专业知识。尽你所能，如实地回答。千万不要充大尾巴狼。有一说一，有二说二。

　　2、有时会问你，毕业之后要干嘛。不是说你要回来还是要留下，而是要问你想教书还是想到业界工作？（我申请的是PHD）

　　3、准备一两个小问题问他，觉得你挺了解而且挺重视他们学校的。

　　TA的主要问题：

　　因为TA是教书，所以以聊天为主。比如天气啦，个人情况啦，等等。如果你曾经做过口译方面的工作，也可以跟他吹一吹。主要看你的英语怎么样了。一定要注意礼貌，如果有问题回答不出来的，你可以跟他说，i have no idea of it now. can i reply you later by email?总之，打圆场的事情是不用我教的了。

　　场景三：　　

　　prepare for something about your interest, the name of the courses you have taken, what kind of research you have done, etc.It was very nice to meet with you,Thank you to give me this opporunity to interview,Your company is very good,I'm very interested in this job,This job is suit for me,I'm suit for this job,highlight your advantages again,Looking forward to hear from you.

1. Why you choose this univ.?

2. Why you want to have your graduate study in US?

3. What are you doing now?

4. What's your plan in this univ.?

5. What's your plan after you finish your study?

　　教授问了我以下几个重要问题：

1、Do you have any special or excellent idea during your research experience?

2、Did you use any english textbook in classes?

3.、Will you like to study in a small but with high quality university or a big university like Harvard or Princeton?

4、Do you apply for other university or contact with other faculties in the　XXX university?

5、How about your abblity to be a teaching assistant? (I told him it's no problem if use Chinese, but I need some practice in English.)

　　场景五：

　　一开始他问我答, 问题有这么几个:

research interest

research background,

teaching experience,

by what means I know his University,

hobby,sports,etc

　　然后是问我有什么要问的,我就问了他事先准备号的几个问题,climate, living expense,tution and fee, the amount of TA,上面都是用英文,然后他似乎聊性还浓, 提出我们可以用汉语说,然后聊了一挥各自的籍贯,过春节,甚至还说他知道大陆的学生都很优秀,会拿到很多offer,到时可能还会考虑选校,并说他对米国的大学很熟悉,愿意提供咨询,信息.我当然把他们学校好好夸了一通.总共大约30分钟.

　　补充的有以下几点：

　　1、鬼子会事先用email和你敲定时间你可以准备好。

　　2、鬼子最后一般还要问一个问题就是你现在拿到哪些学校的offer了。你的回答应该是说两三个比这个学校差一点点排名的学校（不要差太远）同时也要暗示对方有牛校对你感兴趣（比如说也安排了一个几天后的interview)这样，鬼子会马上把offer寄来。但如果你要摆牛气，说已经拿到牛校的啦，他就不会理你了！

1.looking the articles in digestion and some by lightspeed

2.feel at ease.they want you！

3.preparing :some questions like in ps ,resume,recommendation and some special:such as your experiment

4.need not recite.just for refer。

5.speak slowly,they know you are chinese,if you quick,they will speak very quic.

6.be polite and confident

7.some questions for the university,such as whether, wonder and some for pro,which is his project,how he become interested in this.

8.good luck.

　　一早，我就准备了将近30个可能的问题，将其打印出来，反复朗读，以至到了可以背诵的地步。到晚上约9：50，我还不放心，于是绝招出来了。我将这9页纸粘在墙上，然后，双腿端座在床上，再将电话抱在手中，这样，所有可能问题的答案尽在眼前，一目了然。果不其然，印度教授问的问题都被我言中，由于对资料已经很熟，故迅速找到答案所在的那张纸，一一朗读出来。感觉非常爽。印度人的口语非常差，非常差，很难辨别，且有口音，不过，一句:Sorry, i can not hear you very clearly, would you please speak a littel more loudly? 解决问题。

他问的问题如下：

1.、问候。

2、你做的课题的具体内容，结论，得到的评价，自己感觉有何不足。

3、问你有无教书、主持会议的经验。

4、你对WTO有何感想。

5、中美两国教育体制不同，你做了哪些准备，对此学校有何特别的准备。

6、大段的自我介绍。

7、你有无同学在此校就读。

8、你为何选择此校，有无选择别的学校。

9、有无任何问他的问题。

10、bye bye。

　　注意：一定不要紧张，沉住气，会的问题尽量发挥，不厌其犯，不会的问题要灵活应对。把握节奏，让其跟着你的感觉走。

以下是英语面试可能要问的通用问题：

Please introduce yourself.

Where are you from?

What's your major?

How about the whether here or in some place today?

Please tell me your working experience.

What will you plan to do in the future?

what's your hobby? What do you do in your spare time?If we give you this offer, will you accept it?

Now, you could ask me questions about this position.

　　回答问题的要点是：语速不必太快，但是发音吐字要清晰。如果没听懂对方的问题，不要不懂装懂，请求pardon。尽可能表现的有礼貌，有问必答，而不要答非所问。如果平时口语一般，那么事先充分的准备，对对方问题的估计以及如何回答，会起到很好的效果。

　　场景七：

　　昨天鬼子电话面试。（加州***分校）

鬼子：我找***。

我：我就是。

鬼子：你在实验室吧。

我：是的。

鬼子：我十年前去过清华，做了演讲，好象你那时在中学吧。

我：是的。

鬼子：？？？？### （好象在说看了我的材料，很好）

我：i know...

鬼子：我注意到你用了三年时间完成硕士。##$$%%....（听不懂）

我：在中国通常是这样的。

鬼子：你研究生学了几门课？

我：十门左右。比如：***，****

鬼子：Good. 我看到你有一门课是%%and##,是着重于%%还是##。

我：着重于##,因为%%在本科也学过。（因为鬼子是重点研究##的）

鬼子：good. 你做过*****研究吗？

我：是的。这项研究……

我：我从网页上了解到你的研究方向是******，很理论的。难道不和实验结合吗？

鬼子：***###￥￥%%%（大段的论述，基本搞不清在说什么，大概是说所谓的“理论”是什么意思。还有可以做实验）

鬼子：你学过计算机的课吗？

我：挺多的。有软件、硬件、操作系统、离散数学……

鬼子：good.你有什么问题要问吗？

我：我有一些问题。一般博士要读几年。

鬼子：看情况。我觉得你2年到2年半就行了。

我：（有点惊奇）这么短？

鬼子：因为你的研究生已经读了3年，而且做过很多研究，第一年要学习，第二年……

我：还有一个问题：你觉得我录取和得奖的机会如何？

鬼子：###￥￥￥%%%%（大概是说要一起研究决定，而且表示充分理解中国学生需要经济资助）

鬼子：你申请了几个学校。

我：还有***，****，和berkeley。

鬼子：good.好学校。我毕业于berkeley。

我：我知道。但你们学校是我的首选之一。我相信你能理解我的这种情况。

鬼子：表示理解。

我：我们实验室曾经有人在你那里学习。

鬼子：（很有兴趣）谁？

我：###，￥￥￥……

鬼子：￥￥￥%￥%%*%**￥（好象是说这几个人他知道……）

鬼子：还有问题吗？

我：没了。谢谢。您可以和我用email直接联系。

鬼子：好。￥￥￥%%%（要说再见）。

我：（笑）我现在有点紧张。

鬼子：（笑）##￥￥￥￥###，再见。

我：再见。

　　总结：鬼子用浓重的加州口音说的极快。有大半听不清楚。电话效果还不错，只是中间有两次声音效果很差，我及时解释：好象线路有问题。整个过程26分钟。

:I have just finished an interview from a Top Ten B schools, self-feeling is quite good. Based on my personal experience and understanding, as a matter of fact the fact to face interview is easier for us than the telephone one. When talking face to face you can present your personal characters and maturity as well other than those language gimmicks. Moreover, you also can grasp the feedback from him/her very quickly so as to adjust your talk accordingly. Never scare the direct contact with interviewers and just be confident and yourself.
:1. Make good eye contact always.
:2. Show your good personalities and courtesy.
:3. Practise oral English to say something different.

刚刚结束了一个的电话面试，写点感受。
9点整UA教授准时打电话来，一阵寒喧之后就是自由交谈，由于我一点也不紧张所
以进行得蛮顺利。主要话题如下：
1. Tell me some thing about yourself
2. What did you study at college?
3. Are you a graduate student, what is your job?
4. Why do you want to study in UA?
5. Have you received any offers? Which school gave you offers?
6. How will you choose? If we also accept you will you come?
…………..
电话面试很容易，主要是看你的口语能力，不大涉及专业话提。回答应尽量自由，随意，如果对自己口语不自信，可以把准被好的问题及答案写在纸上，多读几遍，或者贴到电话旁边的强上，边看边说。但切记不要只是一味的朗读，要有您自己的语气，让他知道您是在随意的聊天。我也准备了几个问题，可面试过程中几乎没有看，因为看着提纲总部能很好的思考，灵活应变。最后要说，无论怎样您真正的英语交流能力最重要。
