2) x^2 + 6x + Q = (x+m)(x+n) , some m and n is satisfied for this quotation. All variable X is satisfied for this

请问some r is satisfied for this quotation. All variable X is satisfied for this是什么意思?

大致意思是 r 是常量，x 是变量，所以1）中 r=6, q=4
2)好像不成立，q=5，8 或9

我的理解是无论R取什么值，变量X均满足此等式。
