When judging the qualifcations of potential employees ,business employers should rely solely on objective information, such as a candidate's resume and education. Personal interviews are much too subjective and are therefroe not a valid basis on which to judge a person's qualifcations for a job.

partly agree
1. resume and education are necessary to be included in judging because they are objective aspects of a person's personality.
2. however, experienced employers should use his experienced perspectives to judge the employees, because behavior is another important characteristics. For example, Li Kaifu, the former president of Microsoft Chinese research institute, once interviewed a person whose background was very excellent. Meanwhile the person said that he would bring an invention made by him in his last job if they hired him. "Finally we didn't hire him, Li Kaifu said, "because he lacked the most basic criterion and professional ethics -- 'honest' and 'credit'." Sometimes behavior can better reveal a person's characteristics than the documents.
