To some extent, MBA is to provide talents for I-banking and finance. But both these two concentrations seem not suitable you in terms of your background.
You may check the placement of HR or your own interests. Actually, your career goal in Essay could be quite different from your ultimate choice. There will be many changes and unexpected things in two years MBA program.
Where to go and what to do might depend on many factors. Your own interests and desire are just part of them. I mean you don't need to make sure your final concnetration when applying. you only need to provide a logical reason why you want to pursue a MBA. Thanks for your good advice, sunflower. With your opinion , entering the top business school is my first job. If I would change my concentration from General Management to Finance( for example ) as second year coming ,the B-school will not say no to me ?
