i have applied the MBA program offered by nanyang business school in singapore，yesterday i checked my online application status and found my status has changed from "under process" to "offered admisssion".but the footnote said i still need to wait for "the approval from board of graduate committee." what is the possibility i am given the offer? Is "the approval from board of graduate committee" merely a necessary procedure but not critical for my application?
