I have B1/B2 Visa to US valid for six months.Should I apply F-1 Visa again or I could use B1 Visa to go to US first and then change to F-1 at US?

I am a bit worried about whether I could get a F-1 Visa or not at this moment. Thanks for advice!

你现在申请F1的机会比较大，而去美国转签证是不可能的。
