现在的推荐信怎么和我印象中不一样，都是统一的FORM，我现在在美国我如果要国内的人写推荐信，是不是要快递回去，填完表格后封好再寄还给我。本来我想自己写推荐信再让别人签字，现在变成FORM了我也不知道该怎么做，请各位大侠给点意见。

You needn't send the forms to China. Just also let someone else to finish the form for you. But pay attention to the date of signature.

it is not compulsory for you to use the recommendation form. you can just send a recommendation letter to the schools. I am in the USA now,and I did it in this way. You can also ask an American to write a recommendation for you because the schools believe their own people.
