(1) b is a multiple of 3,
(2) c is odd.

I choose E
For example , (1)c=3, B=3*4*5 is not a multiple of 24, but c=6,B=6*7*8 is a multiple of 24

C=1,B=6, satisfy both 1) and 2), not a multiple of 24;
C=7,B=7*8*9, satisfy both 1) and 2), a multiple of 24
