Now, I just finished M-phone interview. A MM talked with me. Very sweat voice, must be an american. This is my first interview and I felt kind of pressure at the beginning. She is very kindly and friendly and try to mitigate the atomosphere.
1.How your responsibilities changed since your position changed in my first company?--not prepared, so the answer is just so so.
2.can you tell any experience in a team, what difficulties did you have, and how you overcome them?- i carefully prepared this question.
3.Can you tell me how did you found your own company?
4. why MBA now, Why UMBS, and Future plan after graduation.
5.My weakness--after i answered this question, she jot down this point.--why, anyone can give me hints?
6.pls describe a situation reflected your weakness.
25 minutes past, and she let me ask her several questions.
During the conversation, she always said good, good point. And she seems intersted what i spoke to her.I heard that interviewer will not let interviwee see through her real evaluation. Any one can give me hints about her attitude.
