经过再三的总结，我曾经一往情深地认为：主动是绝对优于被动的，BUT... 看下面一题：
1.Alaska regularly deposits some of its prifits from the sale of oild into a special (fund,with the intention to sustain the state's economy after the exhaustion of its oil reserves.)
A.fund,with the intention to sustain the state's economy after the exhaustion of its oil reserves.
B.fund,the intention of which is to sustain the state's economy after they have exhausted their oil reserves.
C.fund intended to sustain the state's economy after oil reserves are exhausted.
D.fund intended to sustain the state's economy after exhausting its oil reserves.
E.fund that they intend to sustain the state's economy after oil reserves are exhausted.
究竟如何抉择呢？
另有一道更缺德的题：
2。 Because natural gas is composed mostly of mathane, a simple hydrocarbon, vehicles powered by natural gas emit (less of certain pollutants than the burning of gasoline or diesel fuel.)
A.less of certain pollutants than the burning of gasoline or diesel fuel.
B.fewer of certain pollutants than the burning of gasoline or diesel fuel do.
C.less of certain pollutants than gasoline or diesel fuel.
D.fewer of certain pollutants than does burning of gasoline or diesel fuel.
E.less of certain pollutants than those burning of gasoline or diesel fuel.
又该如何抉择呢？

肯定是选E
less 对应pollutants..those 替换 vehicles 其他选项 前后都不可比啊！
第一个题
如果D有问题 那么就是因为 exhausing的逻辑主 有问题.....

1. 倾向于C
A with the intention to 比较啰嗦
B.fund,the intention of which which语法上指fund,但是逻辑上应该是Alaska
D 同楼上
E “they” has no antecedent
2.这里好像没有对的
E less修是不可数名词， pollutants可数复数，用fewer
D 里的does，如果改成those，比其他选项好；如果加上 do更好

1.春竹兄，e的they指的是谁？不会是政府把？那就应该是单数。所以选c比较合适。

1. C
The funds can't intend to do sth. as human beings, right? The intension is from people (could be the governers of Alaska state or sth. like this) yet the action-subject (say, governers) can't be pointed out clearly. Under this circumstance, why not use the passive voice? It's quite diplomatic sometimes 
"With the intension of" can't modify "fund" since only human beings can think. (Think about "avoid")
2. E
WO SHI CHUN ZHU is right about "less of". Refer to LZM.
As for parrellism--> Vehicles using natrual gas emit less of pollutants than vehicles using fuels (emit). Isn't it tasty?~~~

对不起，忘记贴答案，第一题是C，第二题是E ：justag MM好聪明。
关于第一题，我的疑问是
1.为何用被动，后来我想，此处的EXHAUSTED是不是个形容词 像I am exhausted.中的一样。
2为何OIL RESERVE 前不加 ITS，枯竭的是ALASKA的石油储备，并不是广泛意味上的石油储备啊？！
关于第二题，我的疑问是：less 怎么修饰pullutants?尽管 从平行角度来看应该用E：than those.... 我也是觉得没有一个选项是对的。
我又发现一些奇怪的题，由于今天有事，明天我再贴出来。

vehicles 不能和動作比較吧
