正确答案为C，但我认为A优于C，因为分词短语比定从简洁，请问有何不对？

而过去分词表示一次新的动作

如果你操作过FX(Foreign Exchange),你就会对此题非常敏感,而且绝对选C.我就是一看就选C的.
点解?

having bought on margin表示一个连续的动作(分词+完成时,更表示:"从1929到..,你一直是获利购买")既然如此,他们就不会had to sell了! 只有以前是获利购买had bought on margin,出现decline后才不得不sell的,所以应该选过去完成时.
