I think A is also correct in grammar, but by logic, B seems better (I can't predict which one I would choose in the real exam, quite schostastic). "communication is a two-way process " is a well-known fact (think about the basic definition of "communication") and doesn't need to be emphasized. However, in "importance of communication (as a two-way process) will be emphasized", "as a two-way process" is a modifier and can even be deleted without weakening the sentense that much.
Oh, logic, logic, logic, seems like a powerful tool that is commonly overlooked.
