why is A not true?

like most: most what? most white people? black people? or both these two kinds people? Also, like is a word to express the comparation

D: it expresses the meaning clearly. if there are not most minority people who would agree with her.

是“likely most"!!!!

"likely most" is not as idiomatic as "if not most".

I've seen so many questions that have been asked again and again, many of which, if not most, have already been answered quite well in earlier posts
