The given correct answer is (B)

My question is how to use namely.  It's an adverb and should it be followed by a complete sentence, a clause,
or a  phrase?   I feel it's one of the important keys to resolve this problem.  But I couldn't find a definite answer
so far.

Thanks!

Thank you very much!

Besides this one, is there any other GMAT/GRE/TOFEL example sentence, which uses "namely that"?
I searched in the web, but most sentences I found use "namely + n. phrase".

Thanks!
