Vice Head? Vice director? 还是另有好词

Vice Chairman, used for Department
Dean is used for School or Faculty
Director is used for Program

Dean 见过，但是Vice Dean 好象没见过

I never said "vice dean". If you choose Dean or Director, use "associate"
