could you give me some light for writing rejecting letter to those bschools I donot want to go? what is the polite and professional words for this kind of letter? your help will be appreciated very much.

Appreciate admissions officers' precious time (sometime even the scholarship...)first, you can praise the school at the meantime. And then you can tell the them that you got admitted int another school that you favor more.
The school will understand the situation absolutely. You see, most school receive more than 50% rejected letter.
