（A）M的个位与十位相同
（B）M+N is a mutiple of 11

1+2==> Answer: X=0 So, C

In my point of view, the correct answer is (e),because;

From (1), we suppose the number is 66;
From (2), we suppose the number is 22 or 33 or 44

Both (1) and (2), we can get x = 4, or 3 or 2 . So the answer is (E)
