3.表达“生活与工作”固定结构life and work
4.necessity表示必要性，不能用a necessity,应用the或省the
因为此句的谓语是are,所以B是不对的。

1: (have) the right to do something is the most idiomatic? if so, of practicing can be discarded?
4: b,c are not right.
if d or e, the verb can't be sigular since a necessity or a necessary part should be the subject. If A, the verb should also agree with the latter part (in this case, it's the subject) since we can't tell it's singular or plural from the adj. phrase. Not sure, though.
