请各位大侠赐教！怎么把握啊，弄得不好岂不是自我暴露了。

Not so big, especially the weakness related to the moral and ethics should be avoided.

Even if the school doesn't request the weakness preparation, you still have to evaluate yourself thoroughly. ( prepare for the interview) No person is perfect, right?

THANKS!版主。我写的缺点是：1、只有国有企业的工作经验，而国有企业的运作有很多的特殊性。2、未受过严格的商业训练。。。。。。等等这样的如何？

Point 2 would be OK. You may have some other weaknesses in both personality and profession development. Point 1, to been seen from some angles, is alos your advantage, at least you understand SOEs very much.

So reflect yourself from different facets further!
