请问: C可以吗?  我觉得C的意思是说如果成本因素不作考虑,日本和欧洲的纸张生产商会倾向于使用美国的wood pulp, 那么C就可以做为题目论点的假设基础了.

C是不对的.文章说US的WP变的便易了,那些日本和欧洲的纸张生产商才会增加从US的进口.要是象C说的那样,如果美原不扁值,US的WP不便易,那日本和欧洲的纸张生产商也会大量从US的进口WP的.这就和文章说的相反了.
