答案是B,但是我E比较好,B中的which可以理解为修饰country,指代模糊,但是E中的which指代明确,请哪位NN解释一下下。谢拉

from..to.. is the correct phrase. Inverted form also makes sense in daily use, but not in GMAT.
"book market in the countrym which ranges from..." is just fine... A reasonable distance between the referent and modifiers is nothing to be concerned about, as long as it doesn't cause ambiguity!

个人认为,E的结构不太好,increase后直接跟它的宾语表述较清晰。
