I don't think it's professional to have your photo on the resume. But if you are on the waitinglist and want to maximize your possibility to get in while you are confident on your photo, go ahead to do it... I think...

美国的简历不要贴照片，否则ADCOM/EMPLOYER会有“歧视”的嫌疑。

Submit a the same resume as you would do in the job market.

Placing on ur resume a formal pic of urself definitely differentiate u from those whose resumes don't bear one. It's nothing to be concerned about. On the contrary, ADCOM's would like to see some faces after reading too many tedious words.Even in job market,a resume with a pic is required by many employers, regardless of countries!

Don't worry about racism! If B-schools value diversity, they are ready to accept people of all kinds!
