DS: Ask the range of a city’s temperature. (1) the lowest is 10F; (2) the highest is 40F ---- higher than the lowest. 像我这么说肯定是一白题，但如果两个选项都是三行英文，千万别看走眼选C, 答案当然是B。
请问答案为什么b?

(2)means: the highest teperature is 40f higher than the lowest teperature. the range is 40f. OK?
