A 的 each of which are显然不对；
B which are each ready to 中的each用法unidiomatic, 而且整句话的意思也没有逻辑；
C each one of which are ready 同A
D 只有主语， 没有谓语， 严重错误；
E 逻辑和语法都正确； each one ready to slide into the appropriate position whenever an active tooth is lost or worn down 作为独立主格修饰前面的句子， 不太好理解， 但正确。
