小妹愚见，此题答案应为B，因为在总人数相同，Y比Z的工钱要多的情况下，Y的每小时工资比Z高因为：Y的工人更skillful，所以每小时才高嘛 ！！~~

如果D说的是Y的overtime work不比Z得多，两者形成一个比较，那答案是D。但现在只说两个overtime work都很少，小妹我觉得这并不能说明Y的每小时工资比Z高因为，因为就算两个overtime work都高的话，也有可能overtime work是相同的，那这样就给相同的overtime钱，两者还是相互抵消的！！~~

B答案完全是一种猜测，谁能保证higher level skills就要得高的薪水啊？脱离题干的任何假设，都不会是正确答案的。除非此处说明，高技术含量的工资水平也高。

答案D是正确答案。两公司都很少加班，意味着正常的工作时间差不多，再加上工人人数相当，那自然是Yorco的 薪水/hour 高了。
