one of the potential investors 核心词是 one ，后面的 the potential investors 都是修饰成分，所以 they, them 都是只待错误

我查过讨论，大家都没有给与足够的重视，nn 说 they 指代不清楚是因为 investors 和 First Interstate Bank 可能重复指代

我觉得这个不是直待的问题,原文A中并没有说明谁是sign的agreement ＢＣ凭空来有所不妥
