原题说大部分工人工资高于5.5，可是B却说有些公司低于5，我不知道为什么这项weaken.它直接反对原文条件.
我选了D。因为我们要削弱的是“对工资影响而造成的通货膨胀率增加是可以忽视的”，即通货膨胀率增加不能忽视。D说经济增长都在工资高于最低工资的部门，那么最低工资并不会影响这些部门，相反，低工资部门经济并没有增长，反而工资要提高， 这样当然增加通货膨胀率。

这相当于对一个没有经济增长的经济体提高物价一样，直接导致通货膨胀率增加。

我的拙见，其他选项我认为无关。
