网上申请需要的信用卡，用中行的国际卡可以吗？是不是申请到卡后，只要把卡号添在APPLICATION FORM上，学校就会把申请费从你的卡中转走，没有其他的什么手续了吗？这样安全吗？

i guess bank of china will charge u a fee...........make sure u know how much they charge for each transaction.

我咨询过,可以转帐,无手续费,但百分之百安全谁也不敢保证.

Filling in the card number and expiration date would be OK.
Using the card is very safe and convenient without additional charge.

i see. that actually is debit card not credit card. security should not be a probelm.

Can we use debit card? I think we have to use credit card issued by Visa/MasterCard.

u should use credit card only.

Be sure not to use Proxy when submitting the application and paying the application fee. It will be unsafe.

我听说工商行的国际借记卡，也是可以的，但不知到有人用过吗？

Right. You can also use the card of BIC.
