答案是E,这道题考的是什么语法点？这里的and不需要有平行结构吗？

考点是impede the possibility，possibility是不能impede，只能是减少了可能性，而不是阻碍了可能性.

E中and前后也是平行的呀，have和diminish平行，名词impact和imposibility平行。

2.消除可能性，possibility of ，所有的to 去掉。ABD去掉

3.比较CE，发现impede 是“阻止”，deminish“消除或减少”；另外have a impact on是最常用的搭配。

选E。E里是平行的，have 和diminish 是并列的
