什么意思？？看不懂题

23. 某公司15个部门的头头分别管理20-30个员工，问是否能判断各部门人数平均值大于25
A. 其中有7个部门员工为20-25之间
B. 中数为25

61、一个人的收入分配计划。
25%*X----mail
T% * x-----telephone=150,000
x- 225,000 ---（25% +t%）*x

23、E
条件1）：7*20=140，7*20=140，30。这是一种情况。则（280+30）/15 小于25
7*25=175，8*30=240，（175+240）/15 大于25。
条件2）：前8个是25，后7个是30，则平均大于25。
前7个是20，中间第8个是25，后6个是25，最后一个是30，则平均25。

(1) (25% + t% )X + (X – 225000) = X => (25% + t%) X = 225000
